Stephanie Allensworth

Stephanie has been in the entertainment industry for about 10 years. She was introduced to the world of acting and modeling when a friend asked her to go on an audition with her. She has had the entertainment bug ever since that day. Stephanie holds a double bachelors degree in Business Administration and Telecommunications from St. Mary's University. She was trained at The Academy for Film and Television and has worked on many projects as an actor, model, publicity director and crewmember. Stephanie's past brings a wide range of technical and administrative experience that will be beneficial to NXT Entertainment Inc.

Stephanie joined NXT Entertainment Inc. in December 2007 replacing Dawn Parr as full partner. As Terri's new partner, they opened the Minnesota branch of NXT Entertainment Inc. in January 2008. This is a dream come true for Stephanie. She is excited to bring quality representation to the Midwest with a strong focus on improving the market for the underfed Midwest entertainment industry. NXT Entertainment Inc. will ensure our clients get trained and courteous professionals to fill their booking requirements.

Terri Carroll

I have been in the entertainment industry for just over 15 years. Working in the industry over the years I found very rewarding but felt like I wanted to take a more hands on approach in developing and working with tomorrows NXT BIG STARS. In 2005 I was fortunate enough to start an agency with my former talent agent Dawn. Both of our experiences in front of the camera bring a knowledge and understanding that most agents cannot offer to their talent.
